Brevard Zoo is open every day of the year, but summer is the best time to visit! Attend an African Safari: Starting this summer, Brevard Zoo will be hosting an African Safari exhibit. Go on a safari

Visit the zoo’s new exhibit: the Titan Forest

The Brevard Zoo is introducing a new exhibit this summer that’s sure to fascinate visitors – the Titan Forest. This lush, treetop oasis features over 50 species of trees and plants from around the world. The exhibit also includes a rainforest stream, a waterfall, and an animal habitat.

 

One of the highlights of the Titan Forest is the canopy walkway that spans across two levels. Visitors will be able to get up close and personal with some of the zoo’s more endangered animals while looking down at them from atop the trees. There are also several observation platforms and benches for visitors to stop by and take in all the sights and sounds of the forest.

 

The Titan Forest is open daily from 9 am-5 pm (last entry at 4:30 pm), and admission is free for all ages.

Swim with the dolphins

If you’re looking for a fun summer activity, swimming with dolphins is definitely an option! The Brevard Zoo offers visitors the chance to swim with these gentle mammals from 10 am-12 pm every Saturday and Sunday during the summer. This is a great opportunity to get up close and personal with these fascinating creatures, and you won’t be disappointed.

The Brevard Zoo is a great place to spend a summer day. In addition to the animals, there are plenty of fun things to do at the zoo. The tour of the aviary is a great way to get up close with some of the zoo’s birds. You can also enjoy a picnic in the grassy area outside of the zoo, or take a walk on one of the trails.
