5 tips to take better care of your health
Maintaining healthy habits and achieving good health is not an easy task. Therefore, we want to share with you 5 tips that the World Health Organization (WHO) proposes so that you can take better care of yourself. (1)
1. Fruits and vegetables, your allies
Do you like to eat fruits and vegetables? If so, positive point! According to experts, this type of food is the perfect company for balanced nutrition. In terms of portions, the previous recommendation is also expressed in the minimum consumption of five daily servings (two of fruits and three of vegetables), since eating more than recommended can represent a high portion of sugar for our body. 2. Activate your body
Diet is not everything! In addition to a balanced diet, exercise is the next habit that we must begin to practice if we want to have a healthy life. Analyzing, recognizing, and admitting that we can suffer stress is necessary if we want to start taking care of ourselves.
